Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Site Lead to support the ANZ Lead in delivering integrated workplace and facilities operations across Marsh ANZ portfolio. You will lead FOH and BOH operations, coordinate vendors, manage service delivery, and ensure safety, compliance and high-quality workplace experiences at assigned Sydney sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in facilities management or related.
• Experience with integrated FOH/BOH operations in corporate/IFM.
• Strong understanding of facilities operations, vendor coordination and procurement.
• Proficient with MS Office and workplace systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated FOH and BOH operations to deliver high-quality workplace experiences.
• Provide operational guidance to teams, contractors and vendors for service consistency.
• Proactively manage requests, issues, escalations and business continuity.
• Foster collaborative, customer-focused culture with accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, standards, compliance and customer outcomes.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and smart office initiatives.
• Manage relationships with landlords, vendors, and service providers.
• Support procurement activities including PO, invoicing and vendor performance.
• Support governance activities (MBR/QBR, KPI reporting) and stakeholder communications.
• Analyze operational trends and service performance for improvement.
• Collaborate with regional teams for consistency in delivery.
• Coordinate health, safety, risk management across facilities.
• Maintain compliance docs, audits, and certifications.
