Job summary

Downer is seeking an Estate Upkeep Supervisor to lead maintenance activities and manage subcontractor performance across Defence sites, ensuring delivery of high‑quality estate services. The role focuses on coordinating service delivery partners, permits, and documentation while driving safety and compliance.

You will contribute to strong stakeholder engagement, track performance, and uphold Downer’s commitment to inclusion, safety, and continuous improvement within a permanent workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or estate management within Defence or similar sectors.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Service Delivery Partners, contractor access, bookings and escort requirements.
• Prepare NODs and review and approve permits for planned maintenance activities.
• Track monthly PPM performance, compliance, planning and allocation.
• Follow up outstanding service documentation, defects, and manage fault note closure.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on maintenance records, compliance evidence, ROA and data management.

What You'll Do
