The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV) is seeking an organised and detail-focused Handover Takeover Administrator to support the successful completion and handover of a major Defence infrastructure project at RAAF Base Wagga, NSW. This is an on-site role based in Wagga Wagga, NSW, Australia, with collaboration across participating partners and subcontractors.

Job description

We are seeking a Handover Takeover (HOTO) Administrator to support the successful handover of major Defence infrastructure upgrade project at RAAF Base Wagga.

The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV) is a 50/50 joint venture between CPB Contractors and Downer to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities to support Defence capability for the next 30 years.

The proposed project consists of a program of works across three Department of Defence establishments including:

The proposed capital investment of $2 billion will incorporate a variety of elements including:

• Construction of new messing and living in accommodation
• Construction of new training facilities
• Refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings
• Remedial works and upgrades to infrastructure services

The opportunity

The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV) is seeking an organised and detail-focused Handover Takeover Administrator to support the successful completion and handover of major Defence infrastructure project.

Reporting to the HOTO Manager, you will coordinate project records, follow up outstanding information and work with project teams and subcontractors to ensure documentation is accurate, complete and delivered on time. This is an opportunity to play an important role in bringing complex projects through to successful completion.

This role is based on site at Wagga Wagga, NSW, this is not a DIDO or FIFO role. Applicants must be an Australian citizen and willing to obtain a security clearance.
