Homes and Granny Flats in North Lakes is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide customers through display homes and tailored solutions, from first enquiry to purchase, at a busy North Lakes site.

You’ll respond to inquiries, welcome clients into the showroom, understand needs, prepare quotes, maintain CRM, and collaborate with design and delivery teams. A base salary plus uncapped commission and a supportive team culture are on offer.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a steady flow of enquiries-so you can focus on delivering a great customer experience.

About the role

You’ll work closely with customers from their first enquiry through to purchase, helping them feel confident and informed every step of the way. You will work from our new display site at North Lakes.

Respond to customer enquiries (phone, online, and in person)

Welcome clients into the showroom and guide them through display homes

Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions

Prepare quotes and support customers in making informed decisions

Maintain consistent follow‑up and manage your pipeline

Collaborate with design, approvals and delivery teams

Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

About you

Experienced in sales; you thrive in a fast paced environment

Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people

Organised and able to manage multiple customers at different stages

Comfortable using systems and digital tools

Available to work Saturdays
