• Manage and monitor all online review platforms (Google & Trustpilot), ensuring timely responses.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive accountability for client feedback.
• Design and implement incentive programs across Peninsula Group to encourage review generation and client interactions.
• Provide weekly reporting to stakeholders with metrics, insights, risks and actions.
• Monitor brand and media; partner with marketing to observe forums and social channels.

• An eye for detail - to pick up trends in market as well as create in-depth reporting.
