Job summary

Peninsula is seeking an Online Reputation Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence across review platforms, respond to feedback, and partner with marketing to safeguard our brand.

You’ll engage with clients, monitor forums, design incentives for review generation, and provide weekly metrics and insights to stakeholders. A creative mind and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with the capability of partnering with clients and senior stakeholders every day.
• Business acumen: understanding the importance of online reputation and creating incentives to uplift market persona.
• Ability to challenge and hold our teams accountable for reviews.
• An eye for detail to pick up trends and create in-depth reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all online review platforms (Google & Trustpilot), ensuring feedback is reviewed and responded to promptly.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand concerns, resolve issues and improve client experience.
• Engage with internal teams to drive accountability for client feedback.
• Design and implement incentive programs across Peninsula Group to encourage review generation and client interactions.
• Weekly reporting to key stakeholders including performance metrics, insights, risks and recommended actions.
• Brand and media monitoring; partner with marketing to observe forums and social media channels.
