TRESP Recruitment is assisting a leading global medical device company to fill an Account Manager – Oncology Medical Devices role based in Melbourne, VIC. You will drive sales across an established oncology portfolio, manage hospital accounts in Victoria and interstate, and work with surgeons and clinical teams to expand product adoption.

Regular travel within Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate is expected.

Qualificações

• Experience in medical device sales or clinical support.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive sales growth.
• Comfortable travelling across the territory including interstate.
• Proactive, organized with ability to manage priorities and follow through.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product utilisation and consumables sales across the territory.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical support during procedures and deliver product education and training.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and opportunities to increase utilisation.
• Explore opportunities to expand the technology into new clinical applications.
• Manage customer follow-up, product trials and account requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager and wider commercial team to maximise territory performance.
