Carer Solutions Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an Onboarding & Engagement Coordinator to join the Growth and Innovation team. You will help Partners and their Support Workers start with Carer Solutions and provide responsive support throughout their journey, acting as the first contact for enquiries and onboarding coordination.

The role requires experience in customer service, onboarding or administration, with a warm, person-centred approach and strong organisational skills.

We pioneered Australia’s first and only Direct Employ model and have since supported thousands of people to employ trusted Support Workers from within their own communities.

We’re seeking an Onboarding & Engagement Coordinator to join our Growth and Innovation team in Melbourne. Based in our Prahran office, you’ll be part of the Community Engagement Support Team, helping Partners (our clients) and their Support Workers get started with Carer Solutions and providing responsive support throughout their journey.

The impact you will drive

As a first point of contact, you’ll respond to enquiries, coordinate onboarding and provide ongoing account support. Your ability to explain information clearly, keep accurate records and follow through will help Partners feel informed, confident and supported.

What makes you a great fit

Experience in customer service, onboarding or administration, ideally within disability, community or employment services

A warm, person-centred approach and the ability to build trusting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds

Strong organisation and attention to detail, with confidence managing enquiries, documentation and competing priorities

Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills, including knowing when to seek assistance and support

Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and a willingness to learn the Direct Employ model and relevant employment and NDIS requirements

A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required for occasional travel. You will also need to hold or obtain a Working with Children Check and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
