Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in civil design and project coordination.
• Structured, process-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to spend significant time on site and on multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee MPBay rollout program with progress tracking.
• Maintain delivery pipeline, prioritise, monitor risks and dependencies.
• Track program expenditure and support budget management.
• Coordinate activities across City teams for site assessments and delivery.
• Assess locations for site constraints, road safety, traffic planning and utilities.
• Conduct regular site visits and inform practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate program data, records and progress reporting.
• Improve systems and processes to support efficient delivery.
