Job summary

Oolio | Bepoz is a leading technology and payments provider for hospitality across Australia. We seek an Implementation Specialist to build venue databases, configure menus and pricing, and stand beside venues on launch night to ensure a smooth go-live.

You will join a national team, coordinate with field technicians and support staff, and manage multiple deployments from discovery to handover. A background in hospitality tech and POS integrations is valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring POS systems, ideally Bepoz or Oolio.
• Experience building and configuring complex menu or product databases.
• Exposure to multi-site or group-level rollouts.
• Strong communication across all venue levels, from staff to ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without slipping.

Responsibilities

• Build venue databases from the ground up: products, pricing, modifiers, operators, and table layouts.
• Configure complex menu structures, condiment trees, promotions, and reporting groups.
• Set up integrations with EFTPOS, reservations platforms, and loyalty programs.
• Go-live on-site and provide post-launch hypercare until stability is reached.
• Train venue staff on day-to-day system use, reporting, and admin tasks.
• Coordinate projects across multiple implementations and keep handovers smooth.
