Job summary

BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada – Mascot, NSW is seeking a Planning & Reporting Manager to support a dynamic transport contract. The role is on-site in Mascot, NSW with free parking and permanent, full-time employment.

You will guide planning activities, oversee the FM Hub coordination, and provide meaningful insights to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate combines collaboration, detail orientation, and data-led decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, engineering, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in planning, reporting, analytics, or coordination within a service-based or operational environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel to present and interpret data.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g. Maximo) or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear and inclusive communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment while remaining organised.
• Staff management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the FM Hub, including service request coordination.
• Manage end-to-end asset planning and scheduling for PPMs and identify corrective maintenance.
• Prepare and share clear reporting on performance, service levels, and trends.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of operations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Foster collaboration across planning, reporting and coordination functions.
• Oversee helpdesk operators.
