Job summary

BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada – Mascot NSW is seeking an Asset Performance & Enhancement Manager to oversee the asset data function for a major airline's facilities portfolio. This hands-on role requires keeping the client’s asset database and BGIS Manhattan system aligned, accurate, and current, while guiding a small asset data team.

Based on-site in Mascot, you will validate data, support vendors, operations and procurement, drive improvements in data management, and prepare monthly

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial engineering and data processing.
• Proven ability to manage asset data and reporting.
• Experience leading a small asset data team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client and BGIS asset databases.
• Validate asset data from multiple sources before changes.
• Ensure timely data processing and document management.
• Guide and coach the asset data team with quality checks.
• Coordinate asset data audits and RFIs.
• Support vendors and operations with data queries.
• Contribute to procurement with asset information.
• Produce monthly stakeholder reports.
