Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations/Logistics coordination role within manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with reading and reconciling data and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support across a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring key processes and requirements are managed efficiently.
• Assist with OHS compliance, including maintaining accurate records and coordinating licence, ticket and certification renewals.
• Complete daily production reconciliations, ensuring data is accurate, up to date and aligned across systems and records.
• Maintain accurate operational data, documentation and records to support reporting and compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular reports and assist with monitoring operational performance, identifying trends and areas requiring attention.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure information is communicated accurately and tasks are followed through to completion.
• Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify discrepancies within operational data and systems, investigate issues and escalation where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to improving processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
