Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Team Leader, Member Retention to oversee a small, high-profile program for a private luxury wellness club. You’ll lead two specialists, spend time on site at the clubs, and work closely with the client’s Head of Retention to set the standard for white-glove service.

You will personally make calls, coach your team to excellence for every member, and deliver insights and reporting that matter to the club.

Qualifications

• At least three years in luxury hospitality, wellness or a private members club.
• Experience leading or supervising a team (e.g., supervisor, duty manager, assistant manager, or team leader).
• Excellent on-site and phone demeanor with polished written communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Member Retention Specialists and coordinate with the client’s Head of Retention.
• Spend regular time on site at the clubs to oversee member experiences.
• Make calls and coach the team to deliver consistent white-glove service.
• Provide insights and reporting to the client.
