Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Level 1 Support.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Basic network cabling and hardware configuration.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming IT helpdesk tickets and resolve user inquiries in a Windows-based desktop environment.
• Perform hands-on hardware support, including configuring laptops, setting up mobile phones, and managing basic office cabling.
• Assist with day-to-day desktop troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime for on-site staff.
• Help manage daily ticket overflow and support general IT operations under the direction of IT leadership.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure uninterrupted service coverage and smooth handovers.
• Escalate complex technical issues as appropriate while maintaining a high level of customer support.
