Qualifications

• Proven client negotiation experience with pitching and early contract talks.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong document design skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail for templates and processes.
• Eager to learn from senior leaders and take on increasing responsibility.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours to close major deals.

Responsibilities

• Chase incoming leads, build long-term client relationships, and drive contracts to signing.
• Collaborate with tendering and senior management to align bids with business goals.
