This role blends business development with project coordination, offering mentorship from senior leaders and a pathway to higher responsibilities as the New Business department scales.

You will chase leads, build client relationships, and drive deals to contract closure, with a focus on delivering outputs and metrics-driven results in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience negotiating with clients and handling preliminary contract discussions.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong document design and template creation.
• Proactive growth mindset with eagerness to learn from senior leaders.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours to close major deals and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Contract execution & lead nurturing: chase leads and sign active project contracts.
• Tendering & executive collaboration: align bid strategies with business goals with senior management.
• Marketing & department optimization: oversee marketing initiatives and create operational templates.
• Event coordination: manage small-scale company events and the annual Christmas event.
