Job summary

SkyCity Adelaide is seeking an ICT Field Services Technician for a permanent full-time role. You will be on-site at the casino, troubleshoot restaurant systems, and work across SkyCity’s datacentres, hotel and events teams, gaining a diverse, hands-on experience daily.

Key skills include Windows 11, Active Directory, Veeam backups, Office 365/Exchange, Cisco networking, SCCM and Intune. A relevant qualification (CCNA/MCSE) plus 2+ years in a Windows Server environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11, Active Directory and Office 365/Exchange.
• Experience with Cisco networking, SCCM deployment tools and Microsoft Intune.
• A relevant qualification (e.g. CCNA or MCSE) and experience in a Windows Server environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site ICT support at SkyCity Adelaide, including casino, restaurants, datacentre and events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and assist with projects across venues.
• Collaborate with staff and other teams to ensure smooth IT operations during large conferences and events.
