Job summary

SkyCity Adelaide is seeking an experienced Surveillance Technician to join our team on site. You will work with our Surveillance and ICT teams to install and maintain camera hardware and software across the hotel and venues, testing and commissioning equipment and ensuring security of the network.

The role requires experience with modern CCTV Digital IP solutions, strong CAD skills for camera location drawings, and a background in project planning with excellent organisation and customer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Surveillance Technician to join our team at SkyCity Adelaide.

About the Opportunity

You will work closely with our Surveillance and ICT teams to install and maintain camera hardware and software across the hotel, bars, restaurants and gaming areas. You will be responsible for testing and commissioning electronic and network equipment, maintaining and repairing CCTV and IT systems, liaising with manufacturers on configurations and diagnostics, deploying new surveillance software, and ensuring the security and integrity of the surveillance network, CCTV systems and access permissions.

About You

You will bring experience in installing and maintaining modern CCTV Digital IP solutions, along with strong CAD skills for creating and updating compliant camera location drawings. Your background includes project planning and management, supported by excellent organisational skills, high integrity, and exceptional customer service and interpersonal capability. You demonstrate effective problem solving, work confidently both autonomously and within a team. Knowledge of casino, gaming or operational environments is highly regarded.
