Perfection Fresh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time ICT Support Technician to provide technical and service desk support across Australia. You will be the first point of contact for staff, keeping devices and applications running so teams operate without disruption.

This role is based at the head office in Rhodes, NSW 2138, with a base salary of $79,423 per annum plus super. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and cloud issues, install and test Windows, macOS and iOS,

• Diploma or Bachelor of IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years ICT support or service desk experience.

Responsabilités

• Configure VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and wireless connectivity.
• Maintain printers and hardware; manage asset lifecycle and secure wiping.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Support Jira, Power BI, ERP; administer SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Develop Power Automate workflows, PowerShell and Python scripts.
• Work with vendors; maintain SOPs and ITIL-aligned service delivery.

Perfection Fresh Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time ICT Support Technician to provide technical and service desk support to the business’s network of operations across Australia.

You will be the first point of contact for staff, keeping devices, systems and applications running so that teams operate without disruption. This role will be based at the head office in Rhodes, NSW 2138. Base salary: $79,423 per annum (plus super)

• Provide remote and on-site support to users across multiple sites, logging, investigating, escalating and documenting hardware, software, network and cloud incidents and requests.
• Diagnose, test and resolve system, access, device, application and connectivity issues to restore service and meet user requirements.
• Install, update and test Windows 10/11, macOS and iOS on laptops, desktops and mobile devices, and deploy software through Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and wireless connectivity so users can connect reliably across sites.
• Maintain and replace printers and other hardware, and manage the asset lifecycle from provisioning and inventory through secure wiping and redeployment.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange Online, including user accounts, permissions, licensing and access requests.
• Support Jira, Power BI and ERP platforms, and administer SharePoint and OneDrive, including permissions, site restructuring and user adoption.
• Develop Power Automate workflows, PowerShell scripts and Python scripts to automate support and reporting tasks, and assist with system testing, UAT and deployment.
• Work with vendors on procurement, troubleshooting and deployment, and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles to support consistent, ITIL-aligned service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor of IT or a similar discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an ICT support or service desk role

Ideal Skills and Attributes:

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS and iOS devices, with working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune and SharePoint
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and wireless
• Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python or Power Automate), and familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing requests under pressure
• Clear communicator who works well independently and in a team
