JLL is seeking a Property Services Manager in Melbourne to oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security, while leading staff and contractors to ensure optimal building performance.

You will use JLL platforms to drive cost-effective services, manage budgets, and ensure compliance. Strong leadership, tenant-focused service, and platform adaptability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Facilities/Operations Manager in A Grade or Premium Assets.
• Strong customer service ethic with the ability to empathise with tenants.
• Ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt processes to client needs and learn new platforms.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including maintenance, cleaning, security and vendor management.
• Lead teams of staff and contractors to ensure building performance and client satisfaction.
• Utilise JLL platforms and data analytics to deliver cost-effective property services.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Act as primary client contact for service issues and conduct periodic property inspections.
