Education Perfect is hiring two Customer Support Specialists for the Essential Assessment team in Melbourne. This on-site 5-week contract runs January 18 to February 19, 2027, with standard hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

You will assist schools with enrolments, invoicing, and rollover tasks, delivering friendly, reliable support for the 2027 enrolment season. Ideal candidates are people-focused, with strong communication skills, comfort with new software, and a genuine interest
