Online Education Services is seeking a Sales Administration and Support Advisor to provide essential administrative and operational support for Higher Education and VET Sales teams. You will assess student documentation, assist enrolment processing, and respond to enquiries, ensuring a smooth journey from application to commencement.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience in education, training, admissions, or enrolments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess student enrolment documentation against course entry requirements.
• Support enrolment processing and student enquiries for the Sales team.
• Ensure enrolments meet quality and compliance standards.
• Provide timely responses to student and stakeholder requests within SLAs.
• Assist onboarding, retention initiatives, and account setup for students.
• Contribute to process improvements and support broader sales activities.
• Collaborate with academic and operational stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
