Education Perfect in Melbourne is seeking two Customer Support Specialists to join the Essential Assessment (EA) team for the 2027 enrolment season. This is a five-week, on-site contract, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, based at WeWork near Southern Cross Station in Melbourne CBD.

You will respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, assist with student enrolments and rollovers, and handle invoicing questions. Teaching or school experience is a plus; studying education is welcome.

• Familiarity with invoicing queries and data entry is a plus.

• Assist with student enrolments and the 2026-2027 rollover process within Essential Assessment.
• Handle invoicing enquiries and triage amendment requests as needed.
• Investigate issues and provide clear guidance or escalate to internal teams when required.
