Qualifications

• Desktop technician provides day-to-day local/remote desktop support, logs issues in the ticketing system, and resolves hardware/software/application problems.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with supervisors/managers to ensure consistency across shifts.
• Provide first-line and second-line support and troubleshoot routine desktop problems for approved applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform Windows 10-11 deployment, AD management, and Office 365 support.
• Diagnose and repair hardware including printers and laptops.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and software issues using diagnostic tools.
• Maintain clear ticket updates and communicate status to customers.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to address complex AV issues.
