Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Airport Support Technician to install, diagnose, maintain and service computer-related products at airport sites. You will provide on-site technical and operational support for critical airport equipment and customer-facing technologies.

The role requires prior customer-facing experience and familiarity with kiosks or bag-drop systems, a valid driver's license, and the ability to complete Police and Aus Check for ASIC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance or airport equipment such as kiosks or bag-drop.
• Able to pass Police and Aus Check to obtain an ASIC.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and service desktop, printers and peripherals.
• Provide on-site technical and operational support for airport equipment.
• Perform fault investigation, triage and resolution in deskside support.
• Work in rotational shifts and meet SLA requirements.
