Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a Swing Shift Supervisor in Lincoln, NE. This salaried exempt role oversees plant operations on the assigned shift, leads the team, and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will direct production and maintenance activities, manage staffing and training, and report performance and incidents while upholding company standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience on a plant shift.
• Ability to schedule teams and manage vacations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team with direction, motivation, coaching and discipline.
• Schedule team members, manage vacations and cross-training.
• Communicate shift performance and downtime, and document issues.
• Coach others in safety, quality and environmental programs.
• Direct daily production and maintenance activities.
• Submit work requests and report defects via Maximo and Sphera Cloud.
• Serve as person in charge during shift and guide operations.
