Combining hands-on office coordination with team engagement, training administration and People & Culture support, the role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop broader skills within a growing financial services business.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, high-performing team that values trust, accountability, collaboration and strong relationships. This is an environment where initiative is encouraged, contributions are recognised and everyone plays a part in the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Administration
  • Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming office environment, ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces are well presented and guest-ready.
  • Coordinate catering, refreshments, office supplies and general hospitality requirements.
  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional first point of contact for the business.
  • Liaise with building management, cleaners, suppliers and external IT providers to resolve facilities and office support requirements.
  • Manage general administration and provide practical support across the team.
Team Engagement & Employee Experience
  • Coordinate quarterly Town Halls, team meetings, social events, birthdays, volunteering initiatives and the annual end-of-year function.
  • Prepare and distribute the weekly team bulletin, keeping employees informed of business updates and upcoming activities.
  • Develop and coordinate staff recognition initiatives that celebrate contribution, teamwork and company values.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new starters have a smooth and welcoming introduction to the business.
  • Coordinate conferences, workshops, travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
People & Culture & Training Support
  • Assist with employment documentation, job descriptions, offer letters, contracts and employee records using established templates and processes.
  • Provide administrative support for People & Culture initiatives, internal communications and employee-related projects.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops and compliance training, including invitations, attendance records, reminders and follow-up.
  • Help develop engaging training materials, resources and intranet content.
  • Support the ongoing development of the company's HR information system, onboarding workflows and people-related processes.
Systems & Project Support
  • Assist with maintaining and improving the company intranet, training resources and internal communication tools.
  • Provide practical administration and technology support, including user set-up, Outlook requests and system updates.
  • Contribute to a range of office, technology and People & Culture projects as the business continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in office coordination, business support, administration, executive support, events or People & Culture coordination.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, practical approach and a willingness to take ownership of both routine tasks and new initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with employees, senior stakeholders, visitors and external suppliers.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with exposure to SharePoint an advantage.
  • Confidence using technology and an interest in improving processes, systems and training resources.
  • A genuine interest in employee engagement, workplace culture and developing broader People & Culture experience.

Above all, you'll be someone who takes pride in the details, enjoys helping others and understands how a well-run workplace contributes to a positive team culture.

What's on Offer?
  • A varied role with exposure to office operations, employee engagement and People & Culture.
  • The opportunity to contribute ideas and take ownership of initiatives within a growing business.
  • One work-from-home day per week.
  • Generous leave benefits, including birthday leave, loyalty leave and additional Christmas/New Year leave.
  • Study support and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A collaborative, inclusive and close-knit team environment.

If you're an organised, hands-on professional who enjoys bringing people together and making a positive contribution to workplace culture, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience within financial services.
