Webber Architects is looking for an Office Manager | Quality & Compliance to join our Sydney team. This is a diverse and rewarding role that combines office management, quality assurance administration, compliance coordination, workplace support and continuous improvement.
You'll play a key role in both the day-to-day operation of our Sydney studio and the ongoing management of our ISO-certified Quality Management System.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our people, workplaces and systems operate effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing reception, visitor enquiries and general office administration
Coordinating travel, catering, supplies and workplace facilities
Maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming studio environment
Maintaining and improving our Quality Management System
Supporting ISO compliance, audits and quality documentation
Managing registers, records and corrective actions
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the business
Acting as the Sydney liaison for IT support and system access
Supporting HR administration, including employee enquiries, onboarding and offboarding activities
Assisting staff with systems, processes and workplace requirements
You'll bring:
Experience in office administration or office management
Exposure to quality systems, ISO standards or compliance processes
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
