Responsibilities

  • Allocate office resources, including personnel, workspace, equipment and supplies, to support the efficient operation of the business.
  • Assign work to office personnel and monitor staff performance to ensure administrative functions are completed effectively.
  • Manage office records, accounts and administrative documentation, ensuring information is accurate, organised and maintained appropriately.
  • Liaise with professionals, employees, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate office business and facilitate the resolution of operational matters.
  • Coordinate personnel activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, payroll administration and performance management.
  • Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available to support ongoing business operations.
  • Ensure office activities comply with relevant occupational health and safety requirements and government legislation, policies and procedures.

Full Tilt Resources is a Western Australian civil construction company and training provider delivering practical services across the civil, construction and resources industries. The business combines civil construction capabilities with nationally recognised plant operator and safety training, allowing us to support our clients with both their operational requirements and workforce development needs.

As we continue to manage our operations, we are seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of the business and support the efficient coordination of its office and personnel functions.

Contribute to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and maintaining effective office service standards.

  • Allocate office resources, including personnel, workspace, equipment and supplies, to support the efficient operation of the business.
  • Assign work to office personnel and monitor staff performance to ensure administrative functions are completed effectively.
  • Manage office records, accounts and administrative documentation, ensuring information is accurate, organised and maintained appropriately.
  • Liaise with professionals, employees, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate office business and facilitate the resolution of operational matters.
  • Coordinate personnel activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, payroll administration and performance management.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate the following:
  • A relevant qualification in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in an office administration or management role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS and SMS systems general office management systems.
  • Experience in a similar environment and understanding of the delivery of nationally recognised training.
