Job summary

CBRE is seeking a practical, customer-focused facilities professional to lead operations for a designated commercial A-Grade office asset on the Dexus portfolio in Sydney. You will balance building services, safety and compliance while delivering exceptional service to tenants and contractors.

Take ownership of day-to-day facilities management, drive continuous improvement, manage OPEX budgets and coordinate maintenance and minor capital works.

Qualifications

• Facilities management experience with a strong focus on commercial office assets.
• Knowledge of compliance, sustainability, fire services and mechanical services.
• Contractor management experience in commercial or industrial building environments.
• Capability managing capital expenditure and operating expenditure budgets.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage several functions and projects while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across building services, systems and structures.
• Build proactive relationships with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance, service standards and compliance requirements.
• Optimise building services, energy use and essential services compliance.
• Manage OPEX budgets, report variances, coordinate maintenance and minor capital works.
