Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance of a premium commercial office asset in the heart of the Adelaide CBD.

You will ensure safe, efficient operation of building services, manage contractor performance, and deliver CAPEX initiatives alongside core facilities management responsibilities. The role focuses on improving asset performance, maintaining compliance and tenant outcomes, with close collaboration among clients,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior facilities management experience within commercial, industrial or complex property environments
• Strong knowledge of building services, statutory compliance and essential services requirements
• Exposure to CAPEX delivery, operational budgeting and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities management and operational performance across the commercial asset including inspections, reporting, certifications and planned maintenance programs
• Manage contractor performance and meetings, procurement activities, technical documentation, operational reporting and service delivery outcomes
• Deliver capital works and maintenance initiatives to improve asset performance
• Monitor operating expenditure, support budgeting processes and manage financial reporting
• Maintain statutory compliance, essential services, risk management and WHS standards
• Support sustainability initiatives including energy, water and NABERS performance outcomes
