Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance of a premium commercial office asset in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of building services, contractor performance, compliance obligations and tenant outcomes, while working with clients, contractors and tenants to drive asset performance.

The role also requires delivering CAPEX projects alongside routine facilities management, monitoring

Qualifications

• Senior facilities management experience in commercial or complex properties.
• Strong knowledge of building services and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and service agreements.
• Exposure to CAPEX delivery and budgeting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Formal qualifications in property, facilities management, engineering or related trade highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities management and operational performance across the commercial asset including inspections, reporting, certifications and planned maintenance programs.
• Manage contractor performance and meetings, procurement activities, technical documentation, operational reporting and service delivery outcomes.
• Deliver capital works and maintenance initiatives to improve asset performance.
• Monitor operating expenditure, support budgeting processes and manage financial reporting.
• Maintain statutory compliance, essential services, risk management and WHS standards.
• Support sustainability initiatives including energy, water and NABERS performance outcomes.
