Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Sydney CBD seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead all facilities operations, building services and contractor management. You’ll drive CAPEX projects, asset performance and occupier experience, ensuring compliance and risk management across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have proven FM leadership, strong budgeting skills and a track record of delivering capital works, with a focus on sustainability and ESG outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager or Building Manager.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property operations, building services and compliance.
• Experience delivering CAPEX projects and managing contractors.
• Strong knowledge of technical services, compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrated success managing contractors and service partners.
• Budget management and financial reporting capability.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or similar (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management and day-to-day building operations
• Oversee technical services, compliance and risk management
• Manage contractors, service partners and maintenance programs
• Deliver CAPEX, asset enhancement and capital works projects
• Manage operational budgets (OPEX) and financial performance
• Drive sustainability, ESG and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to optimise occupier experience and asset performance
