Quay Appointments Pty is seeking an Office & Continuous Improvement Manager to own office operations and drive business system improvements. You will coordinate initiatives across compliance, processes and admin while partnering with senior stakeholders to embed new ways of working.
The role focuses on coordinating implementations, improving processes, and ensuring effective user adoption across the business in a hybrid Sydney CBD setting.
We're working with an established consulting firm based near Wynyard in Sydney CBD who are looking for an Office & Continuous Improvement Manager to take ownership of office operations while playing a key role across business systems, process improvement, compliance and change initiatives.
This is a broad role that sits across business operations, systems implementation, stakeholder management, compliance and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the business to implement new systems, improve existing processes, maintain compliance and ensure changes are successfully adopted.
You will be responsible for coordinating and driving a range of operational and continuous improvement initiatives, while also overseeing the day-to-day administrative requirements of the office.
A key focus will be supporting the business through system implementations and process changes. You'll work alongside business stakeholders to understand requirements, coordinate implementation activities, follow up actions and ensure teams are confident using new systems and processes.

We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded, confident with stakeholders and genuinely interested in how businesses operate.
You may come from an EA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Business Operations, Business Support, Project Coordination or Continuous Improvement background and be looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience.

You don't need to be a technical systems specialist. We're looking for someone who can understand business requirements, coordinate implementation activities, work with stakeholders and make sure new systems and processes are successfully embedded within the business.
This is an opportunity to move beyond a traditional administration or EA role and take on broader responsibility across business operations, systems, compliance, projects and continuous improvement.
You'll have genuine exposure to system implementations and business improvement initiatives, working directly with stakeholders to help shape and embed new ways of working.
