Job summary

ABI Interiors on the Gold Coast is seeking a casual Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will respond to inquiries by phone, in person, and via email, ensuring a friendly and efficient customer experience.

You'll use multiple systems daily and work across departments to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues. Prior experience in retail or hospitality is welcome, with full training provided and opportunities to grow in an office-based role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with computers and multiple programs.
• Experience with Salesforce, RingDNA or WooCommerce is highly regarded.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and solve customer enquiries via phone, in person, and via email, online, and supporting social media responses when needed.
• Work to ensure consistent ABI Interiors customer experience across all touch points.
• Input customer information to maintain strong data capture.
• Complete daily caseloads to a high standard.
• Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and departments.
• Available to assist other team members and stakeholders with all customer service-related enquiries.
