ABI Interiors on the Gold Coast is seeking a casual Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will respond to inquiries by phone, in person, and via email, ensuring a friendly and efficient customer experience.

You'll use multiple systems daily and work across departments to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues. Prior experience in retail or hospitality is welcome, with full training provided and opportunities to grow in an office-based role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with computers and multiple programs.
• Experience with Salesforce, RingDNA or WooCommerce is highly regarded.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responding to and solving customer enquiries over the phone, in person, and via email, online, and supporting social media responses when needed.
• Work to ensure consistent ABI Interiors customer experience across all touch points.
• Input customer information to maintain strong data capture.
• Complete daily caseloads to a high standard.
• Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and departments.

• Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience.
• Confident, friendly, and patient phone manner.
• Able to problem-solve.
• Competent computer skills, including the use of Apple processing systems and working across multiple programs.
• Experience with Salesforce, RingDNA or WooCommerce highly regarded, comfortable with AI platforms.
• High attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about learning and development.
