Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support across the branch.
  • Greeting customers and managing incoming phone and email enquiries.
  • Assisting with customer accounts, invoicing, and general documentation.
  • Coordinating branch administration and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the Sales, Parts, and Service Departments with administrative tasks.
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Maintaining office supplies and assisting with general office coordination.
  • Contributing to a positive customer experience and supporting the wider team.

About the Role

As an Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. Working closely with customers and internal departments, you'll help ensure administrative processes run efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
