Wild Culture is the leading health and wellness superstore on the Mid north Coast, supplying organic produce, bulk dry foods, and condiments. We are seeking a Stock Entry Clerk to support our Inventory/Logistics team in a full-time capacity.

The role focuses on accurate data entry, verification of shipments against PO data, and maintaining real-time stock records in a collaborative retail environment in Port Macquarie.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years in data entry, inventory control, or a warehouse environment.
• Computer Literacy: Strong typing skills and proficiency in using inventory software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when recording numerical data and codes.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with logistics and purchasing teams.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Input incoming shipments, purchase orders, and stock transfers into the inventory management system or database.
• Verification: Cross-check physical shipments and delivery dockets against electronic purchase orders to spot any missing or damaged items.
• Record Keeping: Update stock counts and ledger entries in real time to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Flag and document any mismatches between physical stock and system records, reporting issues.
• Filing and Organization: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for shipping receipts, invoices, and tally sheets.

This is a full-time opportunity including occasional weekend work. We are looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, community-focused retail environment who can utilise and apply their attentive data entry skills to accurately record, update, and manage incoming and outgoing inventory data.
