Job summary

TradeMark Wholesale is seeking a dedicated Inventory, Purchasing and Internal Customer Service Support to join our team in Revesby. The role is full-time, 8.30am–5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with onsite parking available.

You will assist with inventory tasks, supplier liaison, pricing, order processing and internal customer service across a wholesale operation serving 700+ stores Australia-wide. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong Excel skills and the ability to

Responsibilities

• Assist the Inventory Manager with daily tasks.
• Place orders with suppliers and check pricing.
• Liaise with suppliers on email and manage pricing files.
• Data entry tasks and processing of customer orders/inquiries.
• Coordinate stock transfers and freight booking as needed.
• Support sales team and warehouse with logistics.

Inventory, Purchasing and Internal Customer Service Support

We are seeking a person to fill our Inventory, Purchasing and Internal Customer Service Support role in Revesby.

TradeMark Wholesale is a strictly wholesale company, distributing to over 700 stores Australia wide. We are a family business that pride ourselves on providing personalised service to our customers.

This position would be suitable for a Full-Time applicant, working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The position warrants a self-motivated, detail orientated person with an excellent work ethic and the ability to prioritise and multi- task.

Onsite parking is available.

This role involves, but is not limited to:

• Assisting the Inventory Manager
• Placing orders with suppliers, check pricing
• Liaising with suppliers and agents on email
• Assisting with price increase files and contract pricing
• Data Entry tasks when required
• Customer Service support when needed
• Processing of customer orders, credits and inquires
• Organising Sydney internal truck run with warehouse supervisor and driver/s
• Liaise with Warehouse teams
• Sales team support
• Stock transfers when required
• Quoting and booking freight when required
• General office tasks when required

• Proficient computer skills; including experience and confidence with Excel
