Job summary

Nutworks, based in Yandina on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, is seeking an ERP Coordinator to maintain our ERP system and ensure accurate data entry for materials and finished goods movements.

You will partner with Production and Sales to maintain stock levels, implement FIFO, and support dispatch. The role requires ERP experience, strong MS Office skills and knowledge of food manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP system coordination, implementation, and support (Business Central or Wiise advantageous).
• Current Driver's licence.
• Food Manufacturing knowledge or relevant industry experience advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and stock management software.
• Reliable, motivated and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Be physically fit and able to lift cartons up to 25 kg.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer terminal.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and with limited supervision.
• Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Understanding and practice of food hygiene and handling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Order, receipt and entry of incoming raw materials.
• Receive and reconcile the daily finished production orders.
• Facilitate and record raw material transfers.
• Periodic stocktakes and spot checks of stock levels to correct anomalies.
• Work with Production and Sales to maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Maintain batch-by-batch storage to ensure FIFO.
• Assist dispatch staff when required.

Job description

Nutworks is a proud supplier of macadamia nut in shell, kernel, flavoured nut products and macadamia confectionary. The central purpose-built facility is located in Yandina on Queensland's Sunshine Coast where we process approximately 10% of the Australian macadamia crop. This crop is dried, sized, cracked and sorted for supply to domestic and international buyers as Nutworks branded bulk, and retail packaged goods.

Position Overview & Purpose

The ERP Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive maintenance ofthe company’s ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry of all raw material and finished goods movements. Maintaining accurate stock levels will provide the tools that allow many other roles to do their jobs, from Production through to final Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities including (but not limited to)

• Order, receipt and entry of incoming raw materials
• Receive and reconcile the daily finished production orders
• Facilitate and record raw material transfers
• Periodic stocktakes and Initiate spot checks of stock levels to correct any anomalies
• Work with the Production Manager and Sales Manager to ensure that the system’s minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained
• Maintain and store products on a batch-by-batch basis to ensure we adhere to FIFO
• Assist dispatch staff when required

About you

• Experience in ERP system coordination, implementation, and support; (advantageous with Business Central (or Wiise) experience)
• Current Driver's licence
• Food Manufacturing knowledge or relevant industry experience (advantageous)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and various business software, including stock management programs
• Reliable, motivated and punctual
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be physically fit and healthy for work with the ability to safely lift cartons weighing up to 25kg
• Ability to sit for extended periods using a computer terminal
• Proven ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work under limited supervision and independently
• Good communication skills and possess effective leadership qualities
• Ability to develop and maintain supportive cross functional relationships
• Understanding and practice of food hygiene and food handling concepts
