Job summary

Wholelife Pharmacy and Healthfoods in Atherton, QLD, is seeking a full-time Stock Controller. The role focuses on stock on hand, replenishment, stock rotation, stocktakes, and managing stock reports to support store performance.

Job description

Wholelife Pharmacy and Healthfoods – Atherton QLD

We are looking for a full time Stock Controller to join our wonderful team. Either extensive pharmacy experience or previous stock or inventory experience is essential.

You will join our pharmacy management team and be integral to our business management through inventory and supply of stock. Your role will be responsible for executing promotional displays, managing stock on hand, manage stock rotation, stocktaking and database management. You will be able to read and manage stock reports to ensure best business practice. You will also be required to provide sales and medicines service to patients and customers.

This is a full time role, 38 hours per week Monday to Friday.

You will be maintaining WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods standard across the front of shop store categories.

Your role will also include

• stock replenishment using Fred Office Plus and Buy It Right
• managing catalogue and promotional implementation and merchandising
• maintain accurate stock levels, manage out of stock items, investigate stock discepancies and identify sales opportunities
• processing invoices, inventory administration and support of general pharmacy operations
• work within the team to improve overall stock and sales performance
• assist with prescription procedures, professional services administration, customer service and till operations
• general housekeeping and cleaning
