Job summary

Penske Australia & New Zealand in Brisbane is seeking an Off-Highway Service Manager to lead the Wacol branch's service department. You will oversee a team of heavy diesel mechanics, customer service professionals and admin staff, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in customer experience while aligning with the business plan and budget.

The role requires at least five years of managerial experience in industrial settings, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to safety and financials.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ managerial experience in industrial/service environments.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a workforce.
• Experience interpreting budgets and financial reports.
• Ability to grasp technical product information and fault resolution.
• Proven track record in customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of Off-Highway brands (Sauer, Allison, mtuproducts).
• Understanding labour costs, gross margin and expenses.
• Commitment to safe work practices and HSE responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; promote Penske values.
