Penske Australia in Wacol, Brisbane, is seeking a Service/Warranty Advisor for a maternity leave cover from December 2026 to September 2027. You will coordinate service bookings, warranties and liaison between workshop, field service teams and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job description

We’re looking for a Service/Warranty Advisor to join our high-performing team in Wacol for a Maternity leave cover contract from December 2026 – September 2027. This role blends customer service, technical coordination, and warranty administration - perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the key link between our workshop, field service teams, and customers - managing bookings, processing warranty claims, and ensuring every customer receives world-class service and support.

In this role you will:

About you:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor, or similar customer‑facing technical role.

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new systems.

Excellent communicator - confident, clear, and customer‑focused.

A team player who thrives in a busy, hands‑on environment.

Knowledge of MTU, Detroit Diesel, or Allison products (advantageous).

Trade or industry qualification in Service Advising or Parts Interpreting (desirable).
