Job summary

NSW Trustee and Guardian is seeking an experienced organisational development professional to partner across the business to scope, design, deliver and evaluate leadership, talent and succession programs. The role focuses on building capability, strengthening workplace culture and enabling performance by designing content, facilitating workshops and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating organisational development programs.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills; ability to use data to develop practical solutions.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse audiences at all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of organisational development programs that build capability, strengthen workplace culture, and enable performance.
• Design content, facilitate workshops, and contribute to initiatives that engage employees and deliver strategic priorities.
• Provide advice and support to managers, executives and staff on organisational development strategies and solutions.
• Administer learning management and reporting systems.
