Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor (Organisational Development) to lead and deliver workforce, leadership and organisational development priorities across the largest health system in Australia.

In this role, you will lead the implementation of talent and organisational development programs aligned to the NSW Health Talent Strategy 2022-2032, providing specialist advice across the Ministry of Health, public health organisations and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating talent development initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience using workforce data and evidence-based approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of talent management, succession planning and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver talent and organisational development programs.
• Collaborate with NSW Health stakeholders to identify workforce needs.
• Review workforce capability and support career development.
• Lead talent review, succession planning and leadership development.
