Job summary

NSW Ministry of Health is seeking a Senior Organisational Development Business Partner to shape workplace culture, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness across the Ministry. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic OD initiatives that boost engagement and improve the employee experience, while balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.

Qualifications

Experience delivering organisational development, culture, leadership or workforce capability initiatives in a complex environment.
Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong end to end project management and program delivery capabilities.
Ability to translate organisational priorities into practical and impactful people solutions.
Highly developed communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify organisational development opportunities and deliver solutions aligned to business priorities.
Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of culture, leadership and capability initiatives.
Drive key organisational programs including workplace culture, employee engagement, recognition initiatives and full employee lifecycle.
Facilitate workshops, consultations and engagement activities with diverse stakeholder groups.
Build strong partnerships across the Ministry system to support organisational priorities.
