Job summary

General manager in Sydney is seeking an experienced Organisational Development professional to lead talent, learning and capability initiatives across the business. The role focuses on delivering a major frontline capability program, establishing governance, coordinating site readiness and driving leadership development.

You will influence senior leaders and partner with site teams to translate strategy into action, spanning recruitment, onboarding and broader people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in organisational development, talent, learning and capability initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex people programs across multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan with milestones and governance.
• Coordinate site assessments and readiness across multiple locations.
• Mobilise resources and manage induction, training deployment and learning activities.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of regional training resources.
• Partner with People & Culture and leaders to translate capability needs into actions.
• Lead talent reviews and leadership development initiatives.
