Job summary

Teachers Mutual Bank Limited is seeking an Organisational Development Coordinator to provide practical project, administration and logistics support across the OD portfolio. You’ll help keep initiatives moving by maintaining project information, coordinating learning activities and ensuring actions, milestones and deadlines stay visible.

In this role you’ll gain exposure to Learning and Organisational Development while underpinning the OD strategy reset.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration or team support.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail when maintaining records, trackers and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, trackers, actions, schedules and status updates across OD initiatives.
• Support learning and capability programs through enrolments, participant coordination, communications and logistics.
• Help administer learning systems, surveys and other people-related systems and processes.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and events, including bookings, materials and supplier liaison.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, reporting and shared information.
• Support project milestones, budgets, risks and delivery deadlines across the team.
