Job description

Help shape a culture where people feel connected to purpose, engaged in where TMBL is going and empowered to make a difference.

If you're passionate about creating workplaces where culture is something people experience, not simply something organisations talk about, this is an opportunity to turn that passion into meaningful organisation-wide impact. As our Organisational Development Consultant, you'll help connect leadership, culture, capability and organisational priorities. Working with leaders and teams, you'll turn insight into practical initiatives that strengthen engagement, build capability and help create sustainable behavioural change.

Why this role matters

Culture and engagement don't happen through isolated initiatives. They grow when people understand the organisation's purpose, leaders turn strategy into meaningful action, and teams have the capability and alignment to contribute. That's where you'll make an impact.

You'll bring curiosity, systems thinking and evidence-based OD practice to organisational challenges, looking beyond the immediate issue to understand what will genuinely help people and the organisation thrive. You'll have the opportunity to facilitate important conversations, influence leaders and connect initiatives across culture, leadership, capability and workforce priorities.

You'll also be contributing within a purpose-led, member-owned organisation where passion, excellence, growth and sustainability guide how we work.

What you'll do
  • Diagnose culture, capability and organisational challenges using data, stakeholder insight and systems thinking.
  • Design and deliver OD initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, leadership and team effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and conversations that help leaders and teams connect organisational priorities with meaningful action.
  • Partner with leaders to translate strategy into practical changes that people can understand, experience and sustain.
  • Connect work across culture, leadership, capability and workforce planning to create greater organisational alignment.
  • Evaluate the impact of interventions using qualitative and quantitative insight, continually strengthening the way OD contributes to TMBL.
What you'll bring
Essential
  • A tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Organisational Behaviour, Learning, Change Management or a related discipline.
  • Accreditation in change management or organisational development methodologies.
  • Experience across organisational development, people consulting, HR, culture, leadership, capability or change-related work.
  • Experience designing and delivering organisational, leadership, culture or capability initiatives.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and partnering with leaders to explore and solve organisational challenges.
  • The ability to turn data, feedback and organisational insight into practical recommendations and interventions.
Nice to have

Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or change, working in a complex or regulated environment, or applying workforce planning, organisational design or culture methodologies would be valuable. If you bring much of this experience but not every element, we'd still encourage you to apply.
